Can I use my up-to-$10 coupons even though I have insurance?
Unless you live in Massachusetts, yes, you can use the coupon toward your co-pay, up to $10. In Massachusetts, the coupons are only good if no part of the cost is being covered by insurance. For more details, see Patient Eligibility rules.

Can I use the coupons if I'm enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare?
You cannot use the coupons if your prescriptions are paid in part or in full by any federal or state program, including Medicaid and Medicare. You cannot use the coupons if you are Medicare Part D–eligible and enrolled in an employer-sponsored health plan/prescription drug benefit program for retirees (i.e., you are eligible for Medicare Part D but receive a prescription drug benefit through a former employer). My pharmacy won't accept the coupon. Why not, and what can I do?
Unfortunately, not all pharmacies will accept coupons. You may want to check with another pharmacy. You also can call the DAILY ADVANTAGE® Program line at 1-800-480-9660 and request a Direct Member Reimbursement Form. You just complete and mail back the form, and you will get reimbursed for up to $10.

I get my prescriptions filled through a mail-order pharmacy. Can I use the coupons?
Yes, you can use the coupons for mail-order prescriptions at participating mail-order pharmacies. You should present the coupons at the time you order. We recommend that you contact your mail-order pharmacy ahead of time to confirm that your coupons will be accepted. If your mail-order pharmacy will not accept the coupon, please call the DAILY ADVANTAGE® Program line at 1-800-480-9660 for instructions on how to redeem.

Once you've used the first 3 up-to-$10 coupons, you can get more. Sign up to get more coupons through e-mail or through the mail. To be sure you don't miss any savings opportunities, you can sign up to get e-mail reminders to fill your prescriptions and redeem your coupons for once-daily VALTREX.
